More than 90% of customers said that the Elizabeth line has had a positive impact in their area, and I’m not shocked. It’s a pleasure to use—spacious, open, comfortable and—most importantly—fast, delivering great experiences and memories for countless Londoners. 

But it’s not just about the Elizabeth line. Our work to make bus fares cheaper by freezing fares five times and introducing the Hopper fare have been key. The same applies to our delivery of both the Night Tube and Superloop bus network, which has transformed travel in outer London.
